Do you really charge nothing to come out?+
Correct. There's no call-out fee and the quote is free. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
What does “fixed first time, or it's free” mean?+
If we repair something and it fails again for the same reason, we come back and make it right at no charge. The lifetime warranty covers our labour on installations for as long as you own the property.
How fast can you get here?+
6am to 11pm, seven days, across Bayside and the south-east. Burst pipes, no hot water and blocked sewers are prioritised — same day is normal.
